enigma2 plugin softcams ncam reloaded 2.0 r210122

This ipk file is for the mips32el Achitecture/CPU STB like Dreambox DM8000 with the openPLi image
The other images (blackhole, openATV, etc...) generally install files/softcams/scripts, et... in different places than openPLi, and many people don't pay attention to this and complain ncam-reloaded does not work!
