Arnold Schwarzenegger is back — and he’s not slowing down. In the brand-new trailer for FUBAR Season 2, the legendary action star proves he still has what it takes to entertain. This time around, he’s dancing with dangerous women, driving tanks and getting caught up in a world of high-stakes espionage. The second season will debut exclusively on Netflix on June 12, 2025 .

In FUBAR Season 2, Schwarzenegger reprises his role as Luke Brunner, a seasoned CIA operative trying hard to balance family life with secret missions. But this time, his past comes back to haunt him — in the form of Gretchen Nelson, his old flame turned lethal East German spy. Played by Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix ), she makes her first appearance in the series and brings serious heat. She doesn’t just want to destroy the world — she wants to destroy Luke personally. And from what we’ve seen, she’s very good at it.
Luke’s daughter Emma (played by Oscar-nominated Monica Barbaro of Those Who Wish Me Well ) also returns. Their complicated relationship remains at the heart of the show, mixing action with family drama in a way only Schwarzenegger can pull off. The rest of the team is back too, ready for another round of chaos and comedy.
As for what fans can expect, Schwarzenegger himself gave a simple but exciting summary: “More fun, more action, and the coolest actors.” He especially praised working with Carrie-Anne Moss, calling her an action legend. From the looks of the trailer, their scenes together are some of the most intense — and entertaining — yet.
If you missed the first season, here’s a quick recap: Luke discovers that his own daughter is secretly working for the same agency he does. What follows is a wild ride of double-crosses, chases, shootouts and plenty of father-daughter tension — all wrapped in classic Schwarzenegger humor.
With Season 2 coming soon, fans are in for even bigger stunts, deeper conflicts and more of that unique blend of action and comedy that made FUBAR such a hit. Judging by the trailer, Schwarzenegger hasn’t lost a beat — either in battle or on the dance floor.
